The helicopter will call for help, then crash into the ground. Click the centering tool directly over the helicopter.Locate the helicopter flying around your city.Select the centering tool from the toolbar.After making the desired changes, simply save your city in SCURK and load it back into SimCity 2000. From this tool you can change your city in any way you like without paying a single penny.
